The Black History Month networking event provided networking and career development opportunities for black professionals in the Bay Area by bringing together a fluid network of professionals and organizations to connect, engage and support the development of African Americans.

The event included a reception and short program including a keynote message by Lori Allen, Director – HR Leader at LinkedIn and a networking activity.

Over 200 people were in attendance with sponsorship provided by the following Bay Area companies: Accenture, Salesforce, McKesson, Visa, Yahoo and Uber in partnership with BPN, Buildup VC, Genentech, LinkedIn and New York Life.

Event proceeds in excess of $2,500 are being donated to College Track.
