Significant Challenge: Talent Aquisition is a challenge. Selecting quality people who will put youth first is part of our culture, I won’t let anything harm that culture. |
Significant Mistake/Regret: I regret that we couldn’t keep our outdoor community mural as part of our new design. It was so empowering to everyone. |
Significant Accomplishment: Completion of our 11.5 million dollar renovation and expansion to the EOYDC campus.
