Significant Challenge: Talent Aquisition is a challenge. Selecting quality people who will put youth first is part of our culture, I won’t let anything harm that culture.
Significant Mistake/Regret: I regret that we couldn’t keep our outdoor community mural as part of our new design. It was so empowering to everyone.
Significant Accomplishment: Completion of our 11.5 million dollar renovation and expansion to the EOYDC campus.
Biggest Strength(s): Hard work ethic, vision and compassion
Biggest Weakness(es): Expecting the same of everyone around me.
Career Advice: Work Hard, Take Risks, Be Bold. And always set a leadership example for others to follow.

Significant Challenge: Making work my whole life…
Significant Accomplishment: When I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and couldn’t make it to the top due to altitude challenges, I was happy with my best!
