What it does and what I do: Its purpose is to solve the diversity problem the tech industry has via pipeline, linking current talent with companies, and training adults.
Current Big Project: We are working on our 4th Science in the City Camp with Stanford University for 11 and 12 year olds.
Staffing/Resource Needs: We will be hiring instructors for the summer and need counselor volunteers for my other camping conference.

Significant Challenge: Sitting back and watching injustice occur and not doing anything about it.
Significant Mistake/Regret: Putting my career on pause during my failed marriage.
Significant Accomplishment: Being elected delegate for the California Democratic Party Assembly District 15 and appearing in CNN Money, Reuters, The Examiner, Market Watch, and the Wall Street Journal.

Career Advice: Service is the rent that you pay on Earth. You will be surprised how your career will flourish while doing activities that help others.
