Prior to planning events, Aurice worked in marketing at the Frito Lay Headquarters in Plano, Texas.
What achievement or position is she most known for? 7 years as organizer of East Bay Black Professional meetup group of over 2,000 members.

Job(s) held that is most unlike what I currently do now: Beer runner at Reunion Arena in Dallas, TX. Fun job while in college. Dallas Stars fans were great tippers!

Significant Challenge: My biggest challenge is time management. Trying to cram personal and professional commitments into a day but if Oprah can do it, so can I.
Significant Mistake/Regret: I wish I learned a trade. Any trade.
Significant Accomplishment: Planned a flawless event for White House staff with very little advance notice. It was AWESOME!
Biggest Strength(s): Openmindedness and creativity.
Biggest Weakness(es): Over thinking. I over think everything to avoid making mistakes or making the wrong decision. I’m learning to just go for it.
Career Advice: Working for yourself is tough, scary and awesome at the same time. I encourage everyone to start their own business to generate their own wealth.

Name a few of your most-admired people (excluding parents, grand parents etc.): Serena Williams for graciously handling the constant racism and criticism she faces regarding her ability, strength and appearance.
Something about me that may surprise you: I lived in a Maya village for two years and taught business classes to the high school students.
