Professional Background: Currently an Enterprise Account Executive working everything in Financial Services from investment banks to wealth management firms based out of Chicago. The majority of his professional career has been in fin-tech from startups to more traditional companies. He is one of the Founders of #BPN and a leader at Salesforce/BOLDforce.

What it does and what I do: Salesforce is one of Forbes “Most Innovative Companies” and the fastest growing enterprise cloud computing company ever. I build solutions for Financial Services firms.
Current Big Project: I’ve been coding for years but this year I will officially finish my requirements to become a Certified Software Engineer.
Additional: I hold a variety of leadership positions as a Founder or active member in #BPN Bay Area, Salesforce/BOLDforce, NBMBAA, NSBE, Code 2040 and the Commonwealth Club.
25 WORDS OR LESS: PROFESSIONAL PERSPECTIVE
Significant Challenge: Managing and maintaining relationships with family, mentors, friends and associates. I’m always busy/pressed for time and it’s important to never forgot your Day 1 supporters.
Significant Mistake/Regret: Life is a beautiful struggle, trust your process. In a past life, I wasn’t always as focused as I am currently.
Significant Accomplishment: Graduating from a Public Ivy League and French Ivy League out of not the best Oakland Public Schools, K-12.
Biggest Strength(s): Work Ethic, Integrity, Creativity, Active Listening, ROI.
Biggest Weakness(es): Sometimes I can be too nice, which can be seen as a weakness. Personally, I believe staying positive in a negative situation is classy.
Career Advice: Write down your goals and set deadlines, measure your progress with what you’ve actually done. Start where you are and understand the next step.

Significant Challenge: Breaking the mode of what others expect you to be both personally and professionally.
Significant Accomplishment: I’m truly humbled to be recognized for a lot of my personal accomplishments, especially when you think back to where I started…ask me :)
Life Advice: Maintain character and integrity at all times and be “unapologetically yourself”. Don’t allow anyone or anything to knock you off your defined path.
