Influential Women in Fashion Panel (November 15, 2017)

Sherri McMullen, a former Neiman Marcus buyer, founded her eponymous boutique in 2007 in Piedmont, CA and kicked off her 10 year anniversary celebration by hosting a panel discussion featuring Amy Smilovic (founder and creative director of Tibi), Tamu McPherson (founder and editor-in-chief of All the Pretty Birds) and Sherri with Teen Vogue Fashion Director Rajni Jacques acting as moderator.

The title of the panel was “Influential Women in Fashion: An Intimate Conversation” and the panelists discussed topics such as inclusion and diversity in the fashion industry and a seat at the table. The McBride Sisters provided wine for the evening and a portion of the ticket sales benefited the students at the Oakland School for the Arts School of Fashion.

Farfetch Dinner (November 16, 2017)

The private dinner on Nov 16th, at Ayesha Curry’s brand new restaurant, International Smoke, was hosted in Sherri’s honor by Farfetch. Guests included Ayesha Curry, local designers with whom Sherri works, top customers, and a small handful of local press, as well as panelists from the Influential Women in Fashion Panel.
