The Entrepreneurship showcase of the year offered unprecedented networking and career development opportunities with venture capitalists, technology, entrepreneurs and top technology talent from all over the country. The event was hosted by BPN Bay Area in collaboration with ERG leaders at Salesforce, Visa, McKesson, Genentech, Accenture, Buildup VC and New York Life.
“In the Bay Area we have a lot of organizations doing similar things to address diversity and inclusion, I believe with strategic collaboration we can work together to not only accomplish the same goal but to drive a greater impact.” – Adjetey Clarence Lassey, BPN Leadership
The event sold out in a week with over 300 people in attendance. The program included diverse keynote messages by Monique Woodard of Black Founders, Porter Braswell of Jopwell, Danielle Leslie of Mayvenn and Michael Siebel of Y Combinator. Event proceeds are being donated to Black Founders. For more information about BPN visit Facebook.
