On March 10th, in partnership with Salesforce.com, the National Black MBA – San Francisco Chapter (NBMBAA-SF) launched their Black Founders Series in honor of Women’s History Month by featuring Andrea and Robin McBride, owners of Truvee and Eco.Love Wines. The series is designed to give NBMBAA members and potential members an intimate look into the journey of local Black entrepreneurs disrupting the status quo and making their mark in industries not commonly dominated by African Americans.

Attendees sipped on Truvee wine as the sisters shared their unique path to entrepreneurship which began with an Oprah episode and ended with the discovery of sisterhood and new business venture. Andrea and Robin were recently featured in Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise and CBS News.
