A Welcome Breakfast at the Metropolitan Club introduces this years community, civic, and business award honors. It also signals the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, San Francisco Chapter’s 9th Annual Golden Girls Hats and Gloves Tea held in the Crown room high atop the Fairmont Hotel. This year’s honorees include: Kimberly Bryant – Black Girls Code; Dr. Dorothy Tsuruta - Chair, African Studies, SF State University; Bettie Hodges – The Hannah Project; Lenora Bryant – Freedom Fighter…Marched at Selma with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.; Sheila Antrum – Chief Nursing Officer – UCSF Med Center and Benioff Childrens Hospital; Christine Harris - Board President, San Francisco Jazz Heritage Center; Gloria Brown -Founder, African American Community Health Advisory Committee; and Teveia Rose Barnes  Executive Director. California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank. The program includes Dr. Joseph Bryant, Jr., Lisa Carr, Ridwana Bentley, Reverend Dr. A. Ray Gentle, I. Lee Murphy Reed and Dr. Maxine Hickman.
