Join A Community Conversation about the new film, Harriet, depicting the life and times of an inspiring heroic woman. An escapee from slavery, abolitionist, and underground railroad conductor who lead hundreds of runaways from bonded servitude to liberty, Harriet Tubman helped change the course of American history. Our discussion will be led by actor Ayodele Nzinga, Ph.D., Lower Bottom Playaz, psychologist Tony Jackson PhD., PranaMind, psychologist Ifetayo Flannery, Ph.D., San Francisco State University, and African Americanist Ree Botts, Ph.D. Cand., University of California – Berkeley.
