In celebration of Black History Month, American Planning Association wants to host you at Museum of African Diaspora!

American Planning Association’s Northern California Chapter invites you to join us to honor Black History Month at the Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD) on February 26th, 2020. Located in the City’s dynamic cultural corridor, MoAD’s mission is to celebrate Black cultures, ignite challenging conversations, and inspire learning through the global lens of the African Diaspora.

Join us for one or both of the activities:

— 4:00 – 5:00 PM — We will commence a private one-hour tour ($8pp) of the Museum’s current exhibitions, which include: Black is Beautiful: The Photography of Kwame Brathwaite; Don’t Shoot: An Opus of the Opulence of Blackness; Baye Fall: Roots in Spirituality, Fashion and Resistance; MoAD Emerging Artists presents Chanell Stone; and Rashaad Newsome.
