The Alzheimer’s Association in partnership with UC Davis Alzheimer’s Center is hosting the African American Alzheimer’s Forum on Saturday April 13 at Ed Robert’s Campus 3075 Adeline Street in Berkeley from 8:30a.m.-2:00p.m. This free event provides education, resources and support for families impacted by a loved one’s Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis. A complimentary lunch is provided. Topics covered include Caregiving Strategies, New Alzheimer’s Research, Tips for Brain Health, The Diabetes and High Blood Pressure Connection, Financial Planning for Healthcare and Ask the Expert Panel.
